Privacy, Booking & Refund Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details shared with us during enquiry, booking, or payment (such as name, contact number, email, and payment information) are used only for reservation purposes, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required for payment processing or by law.

By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Hotel Policy

● Only adults aged 18 years and above are permitted to register for a room.
● This property is an eco-development.
● Tariff is on the American Plan, which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, prepared
in a healthy, homestyle manner using local produce wherever possible, as per a fixed
menu curated by the management.
● Guests are requested to inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions.
● Rooms and buildings are cooled using ducted air-coolers and underfloor radiant
cooling. There is no air-conditioning.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for confirmed guests.
● Select rooms are accessible for differently abled guests. Please check availability in
advance.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Booking & Cancellation Policy


● All bookings are confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
Cancellation 7 days prior to check-in: 95% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to check-in: 50% refund.
Discounted or special rate bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working
days.

By proceeding with a booking and making payment through Razorpay or any other payment
gateway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies.
