The rooms and suites are built predominantly from compressed earth blocks made here on the estate. Inside, decades of hospitality experience are expressed quietly—in generous spaces, beautifully maintained bathrooms, considered furnishings, fresh-air cooling and beds prepared for a deeply comfortable night.

Climb the distinctive 51-foot earth-block Lighthouse for sweeping views across paddy fields, Wargal Lake and the evening sky. Below, discover a library filled with books and vintage toy memorabilia, alongside an amphitheatre shaped around ancient Deccan rock.

Meals at Arbor are generous, unhurried and rooted in the way we like to eat ourselves. Our menus draw on seasonal produce, local ingredients and familiar recipes, prepared with restraint so that their natural flavours remain at the focus at this luxury resort near Hyderabad.
Expect freshly made chutneys and preserves, homemade ghee, carefully sourced vegetables and food that is lighter on oil and spice and big on flavour.
Many dishes carry the knowledge and traditions along recipes handed down. All crafted in artisanal style along curated menus.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in every stay, allowing guests to settle into the rhythm of the estate without having to plan the next meal.

Barren to Bio-diverse
A Land Restored to Life
When Kirti and Anand began work here in 2015, these eleven acres were barren, rocky and short of water. What surrounds our guests today – forests, orchards, gardens, ponds and abundant birdlife – has been patiently created over more than a decade.
Nearly 20,000 saplings across Miyawaki Forests, curated gardens and landscaping now form a growing carbon sink. A one-acre rainwater-harvesting pond stores approximately five million litres, while swales, channels and recharge pits return water to the ground
Buildings made from earth blocks produced on site, Solar hot water and power, ducted coolers and radiant cooling, biogas, up-cycling and careful waste management allow the estate to operate with a lighter footprint. This is what being an eco luxury resort near Hyderabad means to us: not an aesthetic or a fad , but a continuing responsibility to the land and community.

Is there air-conditioning?
Cooling is achieved by ducted desert coolers and under-floor radiant cooling. Air- conditioners are NOT used at this eco luxury resort. During the peak of summer with temperatures shooting upto 40+, we maintain the rooms at a comfortable around 28 degrees
How many persons can be accommodated in a suite/ room/ tent?
Arbor Suites (65 sq m) – the bedroom has a King bed and a single bed to accommodate 3 persons; additionally, there is a sofa cum bed in the living room for a 4 th person. All suites have a spacious 3 fixture bathroom cum dressing room, a powder room and a private sit-out.
Arbor Rooms (45 sq m) All rooms have a King bed , and can accommodate a max of 2+1 persons. Each has a private sit out and a spacious three fixture bathroom.
A cottage comprises of one Arbor Room and an Arbor Suite with an interconnecting privacy door; this combination is recommended for larger groups as you can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons.
Swiss Tents (22 sq m) have a King bed and a sofa cum bed, ensuite 3 fixture bathroom and a private sit-out. Tents are equipped with Geysers, coolers, circulators, Kettle and mini fridge.
The all-inclusive tariff includes Accommodation, Lunch, Evening Tea and snacks, Dinner, Breakfast and applicable GST. The published tariff is for two persons.

What Food & Beverage is available at the resort?
Our all-inclusive tariff plan takes care of all your meals, menus are curated with fresh local produce. We serve a mix of various Indian – North Indian, South Indian, Maharashtrian traditional recipes. We make great fresh dough whole wheat (atta) pizzas too!
