Access to most of the property including Miyawaki forest, Indoor/outdoor games, nature trails, lighthouse access and meals as per selected packages are included. Use of Swimming pool and Guest rooms is NOT included as these are exclusively for resident guests.
2. Are meals included in the day outing packages?
Yes, the package includes a welcome drink on arrival, artisanal lunch from freshly procured produce and high tea. Drinking water is available on all taps and is free.
3. Is Arbor Road Estate suitable for families with kids?
Absolutely yes!. We specialize in calm, child-safe family day outings near Hyderabad focused on play and back to nature learning. The little ones love the vast open spaces, play area, buckets full of Lego and our very friendly dogs.
4. Can you host corporate outings or team activities?
Yes. Arbor Road Estate is perfect for corporate day outings in Hyderabad including team building activities and offsite retreats. The hosts Kirti & Anand are experienced corporate trainers and can conduct team building sessions customised for the team.
5. What are your timing slots for day outings?
Packages generally operate from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Final timings confirmed on booking).
6. Is pre-booking required?
Yes. We need bookings to be confirmed well in advance to be able to curate these experiences. We do not allow any walk-ins.
7. Do you offer exclusive group bookings?
Yes, full estate or private zone bookings are available for birthdays, celebrations and team events with early bookings and confirmations.
